Five-Star Reviews

The upgrade most homeowners don't know they need.
Screens quietly collect a season's worth of pollen, dust, and cottonwood — and then filter every bit of light and air coming into your home through that layer of grime. Cleaning the glass but skipping the screens is half a job. That's why we never skip them.
Every screen gets scrubbed on both sides — and screens that need extra attention go through the Xero Screen Cleaner, with soft brushes and rinse water thorough enough to pull grime out of the mesh, gentle enough never to stretch or dent it. One of our most-quoted reviews: “Some screens are so clean you can't even tell they are there.”
- Every screen removed and labeled by window
- Both sides scrubbed — Xero Screen Cleaner for screens needing extra attention
- Frames wiped clean
- Screens reinstalled in the right windows
- Damaged or torn screens flagged for you
- Porch and patio screens included on request

How screen cleaning works.
Remove & label
Every screen comes out and gets tracked by window, so each one goes back exactly where it belongs — no mystery screens leaning in the garage.
Scrub both sides
Screens are scrubbed on both sides while water rinses the grime out of the mesh and off the frames — the Xero Screen Cleaner comes out for screens that need extra attention.
Reinstall & report
Clean screens go back in their windows. Torn mesh or bent frames get flagged so you can fix them before bug season.

Screen cleaning questions.
Is screen cleaning included with window cleaning?
Screen cleaning is an add-on service, billed at just $3 per screen — most clients add it to their window cleaning. We remove, clean, and reinstall every screen, or you can book screen cleaning on its own.
How do you clean the screens?
Every screen gets scrubbed on both sides — and when screens need extra attention, we bring out the Xero Screen Cleaner, a dedicated machine with soft brushes and rinse water that pulls out the pollen, dust, and grime hose-spraying never touches, without stretching or denting the mesh.
Why do clean screens matter?
Dirty screens are why rooms feel dim even after the glass is cleaned — a screen loaded with dust and pollen blocks a surprising amount of light and airflow. Clients regularly tell us clean screens made a bigger difference than they expected. Some are so clean you can't tell they're there.
Can you clean porch and patio screens?
Yes — screened porches, patio enclosures, and sliding screen doors are all fair game. Large panels are cleaned in place with soft brushes and rinsed.
What if a screen is damaged?
We flag it and show you. We don't do screen repair ourselves, but we'll tell you exactly which screens have tears or bent frames so you can repair or replace before bug season.
How much does screen cleaning cost?
Bundled with window cleaning, it's included. Standalone screen cleaning is quoted by screen count — most homes run $75–$150. Firm quote before we start, as always.
